Because there are a variety of dye matter and stains, we cannot guarantee 100% removal.  However, Custom Carpet offers a 90% guarantee on our spot removal and spot dyeing.  The reason we can offer such a high rate of guarantee is because our truck mounted units are guaranteed to absorb any and all types of dirt, stains, wax or any type of acids.  We also mix our dyes onsite, which gives us the advantage of mixing colors onsite to ensure a proper match to your color of carpet.
